Lee Pai-Po
Born on 29 September 1956, in Tainan County , Taiwan , Lee Pai-Po completed his Ph.D. in Agricultural Technology in 1991 at the Chinese Culture University , Taiwan . The same year, he also completed the Executive Development Program of the Kellogg Graduate School of Northwestern University in the U.S.
Dr. Lee is an expert in agricultural technology, biology, horticulture and landscape design, who has devoted himself to international cooperation and development programs for over 15 years. He has been in charge of many ROC international cooperation and development services, including investment and lending programs, overseas technical missions (agriculture, fisheries, medical services, etc.), overseas volunteer capacity building as well as human resources development (training courses and scholarships). Through project surveys and appraisals, assignment of experts, project supervision and evaluation, and the signing of agreements, he has successfully developed a comprehensive perspective and expertise in the field, and plays an important role in designing the TaiwanICDF's foreign assistance strategies. He has also been chosen to represent the ROC in several international international development conferences.
